Our Services
- Roofing Systems – Observation of membrane installation, flashing transitions, terminations, slope, and drainage to confirm watertight performance and warranty compliance.
- Exterior Wall Assemblies – Verification of air/vapor barrier continuity, insulation placement, cladding attachments, and sealant integration to ensure proper thermal and moisture performance.
- Waterproofing Systems – Inspection of below-grade and elevated waterproofing installations, protection boards, and drainage components to prevent infiltration and system failure.

Our Team
Rubicon Building Consultants is staffed by experienced field professionals specializing in roofing, building envelope, waterproofing, and exterior construction oversight. Our team includes Registered Roof Observers (RROs) and Registered Exterior Wall Observers (REWOs) certified through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). These designations represent advanced training and verified expertise in the observation, evaluation, and documentation of roofing and exterior wall system performance.
Each member of our team brings hands-on experience across multiple construction disciplines, with expertise in installation practices, material compatibility, and system integration.
